Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy


Once an order is confirmed, it is shipped within 1 working day through our fastest logistics partner.

It can take anywhere between 2-7 days for an order to reach you once it is dispatched depending destination city/pin code.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the Tracking Information/Link via Email. You can track the consignment at your own with the provided information. 

Transit periods are determined by shipping method. However, shipping time may be varied during Acts of Gods, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may hinder the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us we will try to expedite the shipping of your order. We will give our best that your product reaches you on time. However, we don’t make any promises on behalf of our 3rd Party Logistics.

All orders will be shipped through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “Checkout”. As an SOP, we reserve the right to levy/waive-off the shipping fee depending upon the ordered product and shipping destination.

Any request to change in shipping address will not be entertained post-dispatch of orders.

In case product is not delivered due to any reasons including but not limited to – Consignee not available, Premises Locked, Mobile phone not reachable, Wrong Address etc. the re-attempt of delivery is a matter of sole discretion of the associated courier partner. cannot be held accountable for the delivery failure due to any of these reasons.


A buyer can cancel a confirmed order till the time of its dispatch. Generally, orders are dispatched between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM time slots in working days. You can cancel the order online or just drop us an email at [email protected] with your order details and a reason for cancellation and we’ll act in no time. For a Pre-Paid order post its dispatch, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery. Its refund will be processed once it’s returned to our warehouse.

Please take a note, MYDSGIFTS.COM reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation given the circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled. In that case, we will ensure that all communications related to order cancellation and refund are sent in at the earliest possible.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY offers an easy return to our customers. Buyers can conveniently return the product within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. In other words, return request must be initiated within 3 days from the date you receive the order.

Buyers can also exchange the product for any reasons. However, the exchange request must be initiated within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case of exchange of delivered product, buyers will have to pay additional shipping fee. advices its buyers not to accept any order if parcel’s seal is broken/tempered at the time of delivery.

If buyers receive a damaged/defective product, they must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with evidences like – unboxing video and/or photos of the received product. strongly recommends its buyers to capture an unboxing video of the delivered product as and when the open. This would help us validate and settle the claims without any hassle.

All returned products must be unused/unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Any product with missing tags will not be accepted.

Any products falling under the Non-Returnable items cannot be returned by the buyers once delivered. Non-returnable products can typically include items like (but not limited to) – Personal usage and hygiene, Perishable goods and food/consumable items, Undergarments, Rakhi Products etc. For any issues or concerns regarding such products, you can reach out to us and will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. However, myDsGifts reserves the final discretionary rights to make a final decision about such cases.

Buyers can initiate the return/exchange request either online or just by dropping us an email to [email protected] with order details and reason for return/exchange. Alternatively, buyers can also text us on our WhatsApp number +91-8920792960

In case of exchange, buyer can exchange the delivered product with another product available on website. If the new product (To be exchanged with) has higher price, buyer will have to pay the difference along with shipping fee (if applicable). If the new product (To be exchanged with) has a lower price, we will provide the buyer with an exclusive discount coupon code for the equal value (after adjusting shipping fee and other charges if applicable) that he/she redeem at our website anytime. will arrange reverse pick up of the product to be returned/exchanged and new product will be shipped once previous product is received back in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping of new/exchanged product is subject to quality check. However, buyers will not be held responsible for any visible damages to the product during reverse in-transit.

If a buyer chooses to self-ship the product (returned/exchanged) he/she should dispatch the product within 24 hours after the return request is raised. The tracking details must be shared with once the product is self-shipped.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, buyers can self-ship the items to In this case, an amount of Rs. 100.00 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit or coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received products.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

In case of refund against a returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-15 days after receiving the product back in our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny refund if returned product fails in quality check including any damages or missing tags. However, buyers will not be held responsible for any visible damages to the product during reverse in-transit.

In case returned product received back in our warehouse does not meet the above mentioned conditions (with missing tags/original packing/used/washed), the return/exchange request will not be accepted. In such cases the product will be returned to the buyer at his/her own expenses. No amount will be refunded/reimbursed in this case.

Any product having customized upon request of buyers, does not qualify for the return. They can only be replaced for any damages during in-transit as per above mentioned return policy.

By default, all the refunds will be provided in form of Wallet Credit of Coupon Code with no expiry date unless and otherwise specified by the buyers to get the refund in original payment method.

If buyer chooses the refund to be issued via bank transfer, we will process the refund within 7 working days. myDsGifts will not be responsible for any delays in credit due to lapses on the associated bank’s part.

Please Note: Any shipping fee charged is not refundable. All the refunds will be processed only after adjusting shipping fees wherever applied.


In order to avail COD payment method, the product/s in cart must be added as a single order for the same shipping address.

COD facility is subject to availability in provided pin code location. In case provided pin-code is non-serviceable for COD, any online payment method can be used to complete the order.

For a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment method the packaging cannot be opened and the product cannot be used at the time of delivery with a motive to return the product on the spot.

For a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment method the delivery executive will only provide the package upon receipt of the payment and will not be liable to take the package back once delivered. reserves the right to levy a nominal charge for COD orders just prevent/abuse the COD facility.
